so what are the next steps, this means my ram is faulty, do i still need to do memtest or does this already tell us that ram is faulty. This was brand new from shop so I can get it replaced if thats what i need to do and my friend was telling me that since it is a single stick of 8GB it will give me issues compared to 2 4GB sticks.

Should i still run memtest or just go about replacing ram?

It gives an indication, you need to run the test to confirm it :)

Hey, it seems your system has hard drive and driver issues. For hard drive problem you can run CHKDSK by typing chkdsk /f C: on command prompt and schedule it for the next time you restart the computer. For driver issues, update all the drivers.

Um, hardware doesn't specificly mean the hard drive.
It currently certainly doesn't look like a driver issue.

I already updated all my drivers through device manager by individually selecting each device/component for the pc and right clicking and updating from there, most were already up to date but some did get updated though I did all of that before this post. So I'll go do the CHKDISK but meanwhile any way to fix memtest or any alternatives for it

Please try following, you have access to another pc/laptop for downloading?

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
Please stay with this for now.
