    Hi lorddenis,

I'm very sorry for the delay, there aren't many people in this section.
    Are you still requiring help?
If so, please use the tool again and upload a new zip file.

The one you uploaded got corrupted somehow and is empty, you can see it because the size is not correct.
The zip is 22 Byte, but the smallest file (a text file) is at least 1 KiloByte ( a thousand times larger)

Please try to upload a new zip.

Unfortunately there is no data of a bluescreen.

If you have used any kind of program/method for cleaning your pc, please stop using it while troubleshooting.

There are only 2 things that come to mind that could clear the data.

First is the big windows update. I went and caoused the BLUE screan and then i made a zip file i think it will work now.

An update doesn't remove such data, it only places/replaces files from the system but nothing less/more.

Please uninstall Panda and use Windows Defender as alternative while troubleshooting.

I hope the link works, it says 'netherlands' in the URL but I can't change it to english.

Earlier the blue screan apeared in under 5 minutes of me opening battle.net (starcract)

After deactivating panda almost 15 min have passed and still no BLUE screan. if it does not happen again ill delete panda and instal another anti viros protection.

For now that you for your time and patience.
