random crashes WudfRd event 219 help please ?

Hello all I am having issues after fresh install of win 10 help would be appreciated on this fix please if you can point me in the right direction for updated device drivers for this error I have no idea how to repair this screenshots attached below pc also shuts down randomly while playing games I hope this is just a power supply issue and nothing more such as motherboard because on my +5 volts in bios reading it shows 10.200 which is abnormal I have also attached my computers information from the dm logged collector as well.

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\WPDBUSENUM\{7701c354-960c-11e5-9bc2-806e6f6e6963}#0000000000100000.

    Hi animeowns,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

The 5v is 10.200. What are the values of the 3.3v and 12v?

The nvidia video drivers have been flagged, unknown from what GPU as you have 2 titan x GPU's.
This could well be due to the power issue.
    Code:
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys

Update power supply issue I believe

I believe it is a power supply issue attached is a reading from my system my video cards have ran fine but I notice how my computer when I restart it sometimes it gets stuck in a restart loop I am using drivers 359.00 newest. My other readings show normal nothing is red but my +5 V reading in system bios

Try to decrease the 5v and see what happens.

Make a photo that is from the whole screen, this is a little too small.

Are there any options for editing?
