If you are using any cleanup method, stop using it while troubleshooting.
The dumps are getting removed! They are necessary for troubleshooting.

Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

Uninstall AVG while troubleshooting and use Windows Defender as alternative

the dumps actually got removed when there was a large windows 10 update, i didnt do it on purpose

AVG is currently off the system and i've swapped nvidia drivers.

Also currently running the graphics card on the 2nd PCI-E slot to see if that helps at all. I'll report back if there is any problems

for the first time in weeks ive been able to play something other than hearthstone, Currently over 2 hours into darksiders. I'll let you know over the coming days if this has fixed it. But for now anyway it seems like my first PCI-E slot is damaged.

If that would be the cause, I would suggest to replace/repair(if under warranty) the motherboard.
It wouldn't be smart to keep a faulty/failing motherboard
