    Can't start computer properly, 0xc000021a

Hi, I have a laptop (Acer M3-581T), and it's in a bootloop between diagnosing/repairing your PC, can't repair and the blue screen.

I've got a recovery drive setup and wondering if there's anything I can do?

I'm fairly sure the computer had McAfee and a Kaspersky with a version not compatible with Windows 10, I'm not sure if these have anything to do with it.

Also I believe it started after Office 2016 was installed.

Anything I can do? I'm not sure if there's a way to get a debug file since if I can even get to the Safe mode options, it restarts into the same bootloop.

    Cheers

EDIT: the code seems to be 0xc000021a

    Hi Sarcastic Goats,

Please boot from the recovery drive.
Are you able to boot in safe mode through the recovery drive?

Hi, nothing seemed to be working so I ended up resetting Windows.
