Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial

    Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

This is what I get when I run DISM. Also, I don't have a (mounted) Windows 10 ISO, as I've upgraded from Windows 7.

Ok I didn't notice there was a link with Windows 10 ISO. Anyway, I got the same message using Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:F:\sources\install.wim:1 after downloading and mounting the Windows ISO.

What Windows 10 version are you running? 10240?

I suggest you check Windows Update for Windows 10 10586, DISM is likely already optimized for Windows 10 10586.

All that for a missing video (Clip_480_5sec_6mbps_h264.mp4) Is it worth it? And can it cause the freezes?

Updating to 10586 might solve problems, on the other side also might cause problems.
Is it worth it? Can it cause freezes? I can't say, it can go a lot of ways.
I'm suggesting it because I suspect there is a chance that it might solve the problem.

The .mp4 file isn't missing, but corrupted, what the log says at least.

I have updated to 10586 (lol, wasn't expecting the "installing windows circle screen"), then ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /Source:wim:F:\sources\install.wim:1 and got this result: Attachment 48401

After that, I ran sfc/scannow + reboot + sfc/scannow and Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. :)
