    BSOD Windows 10 irql_not_less_or_equal

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0xffffe0011ea1e780, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8032924e1fe). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 102915-35093-01.
I have reinstalled windows, updated drivers etc. The Problem continues, the BSOD irql_not_less_or_equal happens at random times, either when i'm on games or browsing the internet.

    Hi Prezzy,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

All of the crashes are read errors with no drivers flagged.
This means that the memory is giving corrupted data.
Please test your memory using MemTest86+.
For precaution, as a few dumps contain some activity leading to the hard drive, please test your hard drive too.
    Code:
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: ffffe0011ea1e780, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff8032924e1fe, address which referenced memory

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD & SSD TEST

Run SeaTools to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums

    Note   Note
Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

I have run memtest and got 15 pases, I also ran seatools and my HDD also passed. I ran Disk check it found problems and 'fixed' them. I am still experiencing the same BSOD crashes frequently.
