    Ok i will as soon as I have time to sit there and do it over and over and over again. It crashes when I try and do it. If it helps I uploaded a second one (different from the first) just the other day when you told me that it had Japanese in it. If that one would help in the mean time, its on this thread.

    That had only to do with possible bypasses on your system, just needed to be sure there is none on your system.

    You would need to upload a new one for the new crashes.
    The old ones do not contain data about the new crashes.

    Please fill in your system specs
    Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely, there are a few details missing like manufacturer and model and hard drive.

    Ok so i checked the website i am not sure which to choose, and also I have never done this is there a recommended tutorial you know of to follow?

    Here is the screen shot of the websites selections, please tell me which to download.

    I searched the internet for instructions and everyone is saying that this is dangerous procedure, so please if you have a tutorial you think is correct and easy to follow please link me. Thank you very much.

    Install the most recent one.

    Make sure your battery is at least almost 100% charged and keep the power connected
    Download the file, double click the file, if prompted by UAC click ok/yes
    Follow the instructions on screen, wait and hope no BSOD occurs.

    Btw, you have tried a clean install?
