    That fixed it yes.

I cannot check for drivers as their is something with the servers of your manufacturers site

From where have you installed your drivers? The drivers shouldn't be newer then your manufacturer offers you.
I am assuming that they updated with windows to windows ten.
The only one that i updated myself manually is the wifi driver and i got it from the website.
went to asus website and searched my model and got the windows ten driver for it. The only reason i did that is because this problem arose and i was trying to fix it myself.

I chose the wifi driver because i have an educated hunch that it may be the root of the cause.
    The reasons are as follows:
When i disable wifi heavy apps it seems to prolong the time before it crashes. (things like steam, creative cloud)
When i go into safe mode with networking, it wont actually have networking
and lastly it seems to me that when i disable wifi using the keyboard key for it, it seems to not crash as quickly. (it may not crash at all but it was hard to tell as it lasted a very long time, but then i went to uninstall the wifi driver and it promptly crashed during that so its hard to tell)

With all of this said, it is hard to tell whether anything makes any actual difference as the crashes are seemingly random.

And then lastly, how could my drivers even be the same as the ones from the website? They only have listed to windows 8 and i have windows ten?
Are they the same? or interchangeable? If that is the case i will go ahead and "update" to the windows eight versions from the mfg website.

As with every laptop, ALWAYS and ONLY install drivers from the manufacturer.
The manufacturer alter the drivers in such a way that you are forced to install their drivers. Other drivers will give you trouble. If no driver for Windows 10 is available, sometimes newer drivers are alsof helping.

but they are not newer, I put it in quotes ("update") because it wouldnt be updateing in reaility its a downgrade. i cal roll back that driver if you would like, but i dont think that the new driver is causing any issues.
Certainly not the issue at hand. If they are only windows 8.1 drivers being hosted by my manufacturer how am i supose to ever update?

Anyways, you have any ideas as to what i should do to try and rectify my situation?

Could you please tell me what drivers Windows Update has installed by looking at the history of installed updates.
Drivers from Windows Update and other sources might conflict with each other, if this would be the case then either Windows Update needs to have a setting change or the other sources don't need to be used.

Elan driver update for elan input device
    Advanced micro again

That's the only drivers listed. No other info is given about them.

As I said, install the drivers from 1 source to start with. I recommend to install from your laptop manufacturer.
