Do you have another Graphics card or can you borrow one from a friend? I would like to try a different vard and see if that changes things. It appears your memory errors are your graphics card memory. To the best of my knowledge, VDimm is the amount of voltage going to the Graphics memory. In the second code box, scroll all the way to the right.

    Code:
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8013cc1eec0, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: ffffd00020db34a8, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: ffffd00020db2cc0, Context Record Address

See if you have a friend who will help you out. I don't want you to spend money or go to extra trouble until we know for sure what the problem is. The best test would be if you could swap cards with someone who has no problem with his card. That would be a pretty definitive test. First thing is, reinstall your graphics drivers. I am going to give you a tutorial to go by, but it was written for Windows 7. It works the same way in 10, except you cannot make the changes to Windows update that can be made in 7. Just do it as close as you can, but make sure the 'Clean Install' box is checked. This is the way I always reinstall my graphics drivers. Only install the graphics drivers and the PhysX driver. Nothing else.

Essenbee, It seems like we were lost.... I think i figured out how i crashed and have not crashed yet today. It was an Motherboard Update And ME Update that would not update, i installed App Shop from the asrock Website and Updated using that, it were also one other Update for High Definittion Sound Driver, but that update did not make any difference, Ill let the Computer run untill Friday next week and if it does not crash, the problem is fixed. My Manufactor will be mad at me, cause i fixed the problem right after sending a Hater Mail, about that my computer did not work. I were using The BIOS Version 10.0 Or 1.0 Dont remember and now im using the latest so, its looking good.
