You could, but if there occurs any problem while restoring, except for a message 'couldn't restore', it could result in more problems.

If you do use system restore, and I am not sure if it is possible in safe mode, please run it in safe mode.

I'm out of safe mode now, but still Windows options are not possible like the search bar and the windows "Sign" in the corner. And when i right click the screen and press personalization, it said that the program dosen't exist. I also don't know if its possible to do a system restore without being able to search on System restore (I dont know where the Program for the System Restore is) So, windows is not doing very well, but at least i can do simple stuff like opening an Internett explorer Browser (Microsoft Edge also stopped working after the disk failure) So yeah, What do i do....

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial

Error: You cannot service a running 64-bit operating system with a 32-bit version of DISM.
Please use the version of DISM that corresponds to your computer's architecture.

Looks like you have installed the wrong bit version of Windows.

That command should work even if the architecture of the Windows installed is 32bit.

Could anyone please post a summary here since I don't think I would be able to read 23 pages worth of content

    Hi Pranav,

Haven't seen you in a long time.

I have made a short summary a few pages back for myself, on the 5th page, post 123

Because I kinda lost the overview: this post is meant for a clearer overview of what has been tried, checked and a clearer description of the usual situations of when the crashes occur, this should help identifying the problem.

To sum up is the following what has been tried/checked

    • memtest86+, frequency + voltage
    • dust removal
    • nvidia video driver reinstall, new and older
    • gpu test, 82c max temp
    • norton, update + removal
    • driver verifier
    • sfc
    • hdd + ssd tests
    • clean boot, no safe mode

As per your description, the crashes mainly happens when playing games and sometimes also while watching something.
Am I missing something about when the crashes happens?
It is likely not 100% up to date.

Well, Axe.... I did the SFC Scannow Worked before i got this Glitchy White/Black Screen... But what should i do.... I was doing fine untill, yes. Im pretty much stuck, i can't really think how this is gonna work.... I think the Command would work if i had tried it before i got the Black/White Screen... Im getting Bored of all of these problems, starts with one single BSOD that goes into Multiple Bsods's and when its finally almost fine it starts again but worse.... Im almost giving up on this Computer
