    And the crash earlier was Also caused by ntkrnlmp.exe

    Please run the tool again and upload the new zip file.

    If the voltage and frequency values are right then it is a driver issue.

    You Mean the Memtest? i also Just did Freeze and my screen turned Black-Blueish, but didnt get an BSOD

    No, I got an Notification That said that i it could "Repair" The Driver. I Have Gotten the same Notification Before, but it didnt work earlier. But it Can tell us that there is a Driver Problem.

    Alright, lets just rule out the hard drive :)
    With SSD, only run chkdsk
