Okay. Should I install STPD while doing so?
Yes, the current one should then be overwritten. Hopefully that makes it easier for removing.
During the installation process, STPD returned an install error and thus was ommited by the installer.
I installed and removed Deamon Tools with the utility you provided, but both of those stpd junk files are still in system32.
Any ohter way to get rid of them?
Please try the installer for Windows 10 (64 bits)

NOTE: when executing the file, click uninstall and reboot the system.
For two days, I had no BSODs, after updating the network card driver.
I thought it's resolved, but today I got a brand new BSOD: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. As usual, it happened when I was randomly browsing the internet.
So... back to repairing the fault, I guess. I ran the win-10 STPD remover and it worked, I could uninstall the file
However, only stpd2.sys got removed. STPD.sys is still present in windows32/drivers folder. Win10 stpd installer shows greyed out "uninstall" at this point.
Here's the new dump, incl. the latest BSOD. Note that the BSOD happened before stpd2.sys removal, which happened a few mins ago :)

EDIT: I tried to re-install stpd.sys and remove it via the old stpd.sys installer. It installed a new STPD.sys over the old one, but I can't uninstall it anyway, the button is greyed out for both old & new stpd installers.

Please disconnect every USB device, exception for mouse and keyboard.
This is a lot coming up, a Windows USB driver meaning the device connection is faulty or USB port is faulty.
The nvidia video driver has been flagged.Code:fffff802`6d3cb230 fffff800`4063bec0 USBXHCI!WPP_3b622249e4c15df141300e65bf8740b4_Traceguids
Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

ALL usb devices? but I have so many... and working without them is a huge pain.
Let's see:
1. bluetooth modem
2. external HDD
3. Hub (Dell u2412) - this one charges my MP3 player and my micro USB stuff like smartband
4. Hub (natex 3.0 - i use the hubs to quickly manage pendrives and stuff)
5. printer
I can't find updates to CSR harmony (bluetooth radio), the drivers are 6 months old at this point. Perhaps this could be the culprit? Since they were released before Win10.
The Graphics drivers can be messed up, at some point I tried different video cards and installed their drivers, then removed them, then installed again... probably creating a mess. I will clear them like you said.
Thanks again, hope you'll manage to crack this one down!
Unfortunately, you'll have to disable the devices yes.
This way we can find out any device/port is causing issues via a simple strategy:
Start with connecting 1 device in each port and see if it crashes.
Try another device on the ports where it crashes, if it crashes.
Does it crash on same port? The port, else the connection.
Just to be sure it is done right I'd like to know the results.
All right. Guess there is no other way :)
Iin the meantime, another new BSOD, KMODE_EXPECTION_NOT_HANDLED while playing a videogame.

This indeed looks like USB and video drivers fault, no? (from bluescreenview).
Another dump included.
Attachment 51427
In the meantime, I'm off to clean the video drivers.
EDIT: drivers cleaned, clean install done:

Run DDU again and try these drivers: Drivers | GeForce
