    More problems.....
I went to run windows update and it wouldn't connect to the update server. I download and ran the windows update fixer, and it said windows update needed to fixed. I ran it as an administrator and the fixer said it fixed it, however, when trying to run windows update again, I still got the same message. I tried running sfc /scannow with admin rights in safe mode, regular mode, and booting to a prompt, with all the same results. The scan would finish at 100% stating that windows found corrupted files and could not fix all of them and that a log file was created. I tried a system restore, but that didn't help, because running sfc /scannow produced the same results. So I was forced to reset windows through the reset this pc option in settings. I choose to keep my documents but everything else was removed. Even after a reset, my computer still gives the same message after running sfc /scannow

Even through I still get the windows corruption error, windows update is working.

What happened? Was windows corrupted when my computer BSOD 124? Did you look over the past 3 posts to determine why on a fresh install and a GPU change, did windows throw a 124? Why after reseting my computer Windows is still corrupt?

here is that log file that the screen shot above mentions

The file SFC refers to is opencl.dll, this is a known issue caused by graphics drivers installation. The installation replaces the opencl.dll file with its own version what lets SFC think it is corrupted.
However, it is proven that this does NOT affect anything (system and graphics but it can be solved with running DISM.
Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial
What game is this? One with DRM?
    Code:
    Problem signature:
    P1: UE4-ShooterGame
    P2: 4.5.1.0
    P3: 568d61a9
    P4: KERNELBASE.dll
    P5: 10.0.10586.0
    P6: 5632d1de
    P7: 00000001
    P8: 0000000000071F08
    P9: !!AssertLog="Assertion failed: CurrentThreadIfKnown == GetCurrentThread() [File:F:\UE4\UnrealEngine\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Private\Async\TaskGraph.cpp] [Line: 859] ##"
    P10: UE4!C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/ARK/ShooterGame/Binaries/Win64/!Game!0

Where is this info coming from. Is this before or after the reset? I have a feeling that this correlates to that screenshot of ark crashing. I haven't installed ARK: Survival Evolved since reseting my PC. I've been trying to figure this out on another thread you've posted on

Solved Unable to repair Windows10 using SFC/DISM or in-place upgrade - Windows 10 Forums

I'm just not sure about the version difference between what I have installed, what's on my USB, and what CMD says I have. all this can be seen on screen shots that I posted to on the link above...

Just BSOD 124 while playing Dark Souls II. This is the longest it's gone without throwing a BSOD since I've had the computer. (4 weeks)

Thought I would Update this thread with my computers current condition. FIXED!! I've been BSOD free for about 5 months!~!!!!! After replacing the Motherboard, RAM, HD, SSD, GPU, fans, cooler, and cables. I still experienced BSOD 0x00124 atleast once a week, sometimes once a day. I finally made the choice to to replace the power supply and sure enough it fixed the problem

    SOLVED
