Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

Restarting, doing another scan, while second scan is going will upload first scan's logs.

Please wait until the second scan is finished, if the second scan says the same, then upload the log.

The file Kds.psd1 and the source are corrupted.

Please try following command in admin command prompt
    Code:
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If there are problems with RestoreHealth, please follow step 6 or 7 (depending on the file you have from the download) from the tutorial DISM - Repair Windows 10 Image - Tutorial

I can't tell from that log alone whether I should be using step 6 or 7?

    You don't have to.
Follow the tutorial, download the files and check what type of file it is you have to use.
Depending on the downloaded type of file you can see which step you need.

NVM, re-read the instructions. Downloading a fresh ISO from Tech Bench, will have to resume in the morning.
