    BSOD THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER error

    Hi there,

I've a problem when playing games or attempting to update my processor, at the moment when I try to update to amd Catalyst Software Suite 15.7.1 I get the BSOD in the title. I've run sfc/scannow multiple times and it's showed no errors and also Dism /Online / Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth that I've seen in another thread and thats come up clean as well. I've updated my bios and ssd boot drive to the latest update and reset Windows 10 but still I've this problem. I've attached the debug files as required.

Any ideas on what's causing this?

    Many Thanks.

    Hi JollyDave,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Your AMD APU video drivers are the cause of the crashes.
Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from here

Well I managed to use the uninstaller and successfully install the newest amd driver, thats the good news. Bad news is when I started Outlast as a test, as I reached the main menu it gave me the same error instantly. I attached the debug below.

Please remove Kaspersky using the uninstall instructions

Ok it's working fine now for the moment, played the first cutscene in outlast just fine and a little bit onwards. Should I reinstall Kaspersky or not?

    You could try yes.
Possibly was that driver corrupted somehow.

Please make sure your APU is clean of dust.
    The drivers have been flagged.

It's a APU so I don't have a separate gpu card. Really appreciate your help btw, I'd be lost on my own

    *edit

Going to install the lastest amd beta driver for my APU, see if that'll work
