Please let me know if you have performed any test, only 2 tests we need to rule out are the CPU and RAM tests.

Please make sure to clean the contacts of the RAM if you haven't.

    Alright.
Please make sure there is no dust inside the case, this often causes crashes as the components can't function properly anymore.

    Please try MemTest86+ again

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    Not to forget
Please download and install Malwarebytes free (Uncheck trial version in the installation process)
Please run a threat scan with Malwarebytes, a full scan with Windows Defender, scan your system with Adwcleaner and Kaspersky TTDSKiller.
It might be weird to scan your system for infections when you have just clean installed, but the error 0xF4 (DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER) is often caused by an infection.

Yes, but was the threat from the first scan or the second?

There are lots of things that has been done and ruled out, but I would like information from you about what you are doing at the time of the crash.
This helps to indicate what the problem might be.

Right now, the memory and PSU are not ruled out.
If both are ruled out, then your motherboard is failing/faulty.

Did you remove any dust inside your case if there was any dust?
Have you tried to reseat the RAM?

    Have you tried MemTest86+ again?
If not, please try MemTest86+ again

The AMD video drivers have been flagged again, this is most likely a memory problem as everything related to the graphics card has been ruled out.
