OK, do you have synchronisation enabled?
If you haven't, I suggest to do so, synchronisation saves the bookmarks, settings and extensions.

After you have enabled synchronisation, I suggest to wait a bit before continuing to make sure the settings are saved onto your account.

Remove Google Chrome (including history data) and install it again, but do NOT synch with your account.
Keep everything as how it should be in a new installation and do not
    • modify any setting,
    • create a bookmark
    • add an extension

We need a clean browser for this test!

After you have installed Google Chrome again and nothing has been modified/added, try to crash your system.
If the system crashes, Google Chrome is causing the crashes.
If the system doesn't crash, a setting or extension is causing issues, most likely a setting.

Let me know how it goes :)

Hi I'm not too sure if this helps but after 2 days after the window update, my keyboard isn't working properly. I can only use the number pad and some keys.
I check online and tried some of the solutions but to no avail. I tried reinstalling the keyboard driver too.

    How went my suggestion? :)

It looks like the keyboard you are using has only drivers for Windows 7 and not higher.
    How old is the keyboard?
