2 weeks old Win10 PC getting a yellow exclamation error then BSOD

My computer was updated 2 weeks ago with no problems
So far this has happened twice a get a yellow exclamation mark on the task bar when I click it to see what is wrong I get a grey lit screen with the mouse only responding
no other way makes PC respond other than restarting using power off . I have done scannow and got some corrupt files .Other than that I don't have any error code to go off since whenever I click the exclamation my pc becomes unresponsive and both the times I was away from my pc so I don't know really what happened . Can anyone please help me . I have uploaded the files needed. Thanks alot

    Hi FSNWRMH,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

I see you have KMSpico and KMSnano.
I assume you have used them for activating Office and Windows without license?

Please remove KMSpico and KMSnano and the programs that have been activated with these programs.
Counterfeit installations contain heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analyzing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.
    Further,
Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any dump files saved.
The zip is empty of dump files.
Please make sure your pc is configured for small dump files How to configure minidump | Windows 10 tutorial

Windows should make that folder automatically when you have a BSOD.
Please create a new folder, name it Minidump and set the configuration for small dumps.
When you have a new bluescreen, there should be a minidump saved in the Minidump folder each time there is a bluescreen.

it wasn't actually a screen of death just the screen went grey as soon as I clicked the yellow exclamation and became unresponsive. I will create the file and watch out if it happens again. is there anything else I should do in the mean time. Thanks a lot for your efforts

yes sorry don't know how to explain it was black the light was there on the pc. the pc was unresponsive no error code nothing once I could access my mouse if I replugged it. other than that couldn't use alt tab or ctrl alt del to do anything. I have made the changes to create a minidump and removed the programs ill see if they reappear and then upload a minidump file. is there anything else I can do for now like upload anything else? thanks a lot

Your issue is more performance related, but lets see if removing the programs helps.
