Try it a few times, usually it takes a few tries to solve this.
If after a few tries the problem hasn't gone away, please upload the cbs.log file located at C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\.
If the file is too large, try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive etc.

Please copy/paste in admin command prompt "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes)

    Command prompt

    Hi axe ,

I have done what you said and hopefully the DPS windows violation will not return however the delete and arrow keys still won't stay on when pressed I have to click every time to move them one .
Maybe I will have to live with that .
Thank you ever so much for your help , if the CSOD with dpc comes back I will let you know

    Regards

    Christina

Have you performed the restorehealth command?

What exactly happened before you had the key problem?
