BSOD without Dump File, Only while gaming intensive games

Hello everyone, would appreciate any help you can give me.

Event viewer shows before crashing, VOLMGR 161, critical kernel power 41/42 after.

Will leave the log collector link : Dropbox - GAMING-(2024-03-25_11-23-21).zip - Simplify your life

This is happening on and off, can happen while gaming RDR2 or any other intensive games, but sometimes takes 2 hours to happen, other times after 5 or 15min.

Game crashes instantly to BSOD, very fast, cant even read whats the code written.

I have found out that one of my HDD is getting weak, but Windows is not installed in this one, neither are the games that Im running, will also leave a link from HDD Sentinel here: Dropbox - Screenshot_4.png - Simplify your life

PC is under watercooling, Temperatures are not a problem.

    My PC specs are:

    Intel i9 9900k stock speeds
Asus ROG Maximus Formula z370 with latest Bios
4x8gb (32gb)DDR4 4266MHZ at 3000mhz, to rule out any OC instability
RTX 2080TI EVGA FTW3 ULTRA with no OC
    Seasonic Focus 1000W
500gb NVME Samsung 970 EVO -> OS Installed
    1TB SSD 2,5' -> Games Installed
    1TB HDD 2,5'
    4TB HDD

Currently on Windows 11 Pro 23h2, but was happening the same with windows 10.

Appreciate all the help once again,

    Thank you

I think this is one of the most clear case of hw errors that I've seen: strong specs, two OSs with the same problem, no o/c, very random crashes intervals,... The system's "nearly" stable but it either has a "weak" part or it's all about expected/real quality, but the parts are top notch. I'd try with 2x8GB then with the other modules, this proof doesn't cost money. If you cannot detect a "weak" RAM module, and specially if both proofs succeed, I'd try the 4 modules one step below in speed, having to use slightly lower clocks with all the slots populated is typical. Other important suspect is the PSU but you would need another for a test. nVidia recommends 800W and the real consumption of this build is about 400-450W. The nVidia's suggested minimum of 650W is quite correct, always high-end like the Seasonic.

I don't think the HDD's have to do: 2 OSs, random ocurrences,... From a failing disk I'd expect other pattern of failures, like when browsing or loading anything, OS included. Why do you think one of the HDDs is weak? Trying w/o anything unneeded doesn't hurt anyway.

    Hello!
    Thank you for your help.
I have done a few passes of MEMTEST86 to all RAM sticks, and individually to no answer.
2 days ago I did a DDU uninstall of video drivers and a clean install after, as I upgraded from 1080ti to 2080ti without doing this.
For the last 6h of gaming, there was no crash whatsover, but it has been like this before.
I also did an extensive OCCT test, for all RAM + linpack, for 7h straight with no crashes.
Changed the BSOD pagefile to another SSD, plus disabled auto restart while having BSOD, so next time it happens I will have a dump file and can also read the BSOD code properly, because itīs been happening really fast without having time to read it.
As for the HDD getting weak, I posted a link from dropbox where you can see itīs health is at 47%, with some damaged sectors.
Will update you as soon as I have more information.
