    PC locks up mid-game and runs high. Force shutdown needed.


    Ongoing issue since buying this lemon Dell 3+ years ago. I'm unable to download and follow the V2 instructions, but do have the Win10 .dmp file to provide. 032424-53125-01.zip

    I'm not trying to disregard the rules, I'm just looking to troubleshoot with what I've got available.

    Strange thing is that after it locked up, ran high, I forced shutdown and booted back up. I entered the game and within a minute or two the PC locked up and did the same thing again, which forced me to hard shutdown.

    windows 10 professional version 1607 build 14393.969 64 bit

    Please uninstall any / all third party antivirus software using the applicable uninstall tool:

    [KB146] Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus software

    Make sure that Microsoft defender is on.


    To use V2 make sure that you firs click extract all.

    a) antivirus
    b) firewall
    c) drive encryption
