Let me try a few things and then will let you guys know
Want to do a older driver install and make sure that sticks and then the codes and see if the BSOD rears its head again

Just updating this thread as i have found the answer and it seems to be working
Seems the manufacturer driver was causing the issue
I got a non manufacturer driver that was updated to a new version - Installed that version and also saw it changed the version of the rtwlan system file under C:\Windows\System32\drivers from 2022 to 2023 - Post upgrade no further BSOB experienced
