BSOD Kernel Security Check Failure (ntoskrnl.exe)

I built this computer and even from its first bootup it has given me problems.
-first i had bad memory 2 sticks of mushkin DDR3 2400 Blackline.
-then windows would not want to install GTA V, because of bad memory.
-NOW everything runs fine, but whenever im browsing the internet it throws up random BSODs with the kernel security check failure error with ntoskrnl.exe as the culprit according to who crashed.

    PLS help.

    Hi ssandoval83,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Your AMD drivers have been flagged.
Please try to remove the Catalyst Control Center and only install the drivers.

    Please update the AMD drivers.
When installing the CCC you can choose to only install the drivers.

OK, please scan your system with a full scan from Windows Defender and Malwarebytes free

In the installation of Malwarebytes, be sure to uncheck the trial option for the premium version.
