Idk a good translation of the Spanish word "averķa", that could be defined as damage condition of a machine that causes improper working or no working at all. So it includes malfunctions and working interruptions causes in the same term. The at first unknown nature of an "averķa" prevents from establishing if it's repairable beforehand, so an "averķa" can be either repairable or not (whatever the scope: physical, commercial, insurances, legal,...). Some very visible and very physical damages, not repairable in general, are not "averķas"..

    Bad news I'm afraid .

Servicing a computer requires an unpredictable amount of time. If the computer is needed for work or similar use, the solution depends on everything about the activity and the problem. In my mentioned above DOS-W95 computer, I was needing W95 so my only option was to reinstall Windows every few days, until I managed to get a hw repair.

Imo there's a high chance that the RAM is defective or malfunctioning, but neither of the hw options (including not RAM-related ones) can fix the Windows image that I think is broken. If you can get the hw repaired, you'd still need some kind of Windows reinstalling, restoring saved restore points, restoring partition images,... You might be interested in a repair install Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade .

Economically and for service quality the best option would be trying to get it serviced by the manufacturer, although it might imply not having the hardware for some time.

Your laptop has 4 or 8 GB soldered to the mainboard, and a slot for a SO-DIMM that I haven't been able to ascertain if it has no RAM 4 GB or 8 GB, or if it's rated at a maximum of 8 GB or 16 GB. Taking out or replacing this module, if present, could fix the RAM or not. It would be ideal that you could control the memory configuration from the BIOS, including disabling the onboard memory, at least for testing. But, as said, none of these fixes will repair the Windows image.
