My appoligies for not following your instructions, given that we were narrowing down the cause, I saw an opportinity to shorten the testing phase.

plus I've been up all night, it's 7am here in UK.
and I felt confident this could be done quicker, given we were zeroing in on the cause.

which in this case was the Logitech G-Hub "logi_joy_vir_hid.sys" driver.

    What other steps are left?
    We did find the cause.

I've not seen any evidence of any misbehaving drivers in the logs that were posted.

An hour was wasted while waiting for replies.

If your willing to follow steps I'll help now.

    Otherwise I'll help others.

I'm sorry you feel that way

You're welcome to go help someone else, I feel you've already helped and we've already accomplished what we need to.

We found what driver was the cause
and that driver is the one that was not running when I disable G-hub, all the other drivers had no issues.

but just in case, I might do a memory test just to be sure.

I'm sorry if you feel I've not done my part, but I see what we did as a success.

Hope the next person you help, will be more to your liking

    because you definitely helped me.

How come the settings were not maintained after running Tuneup plus?

How come you didn't reply to three posts?

Again there were no misbehaving drivers seen in the logs that were posted.

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    bcdedit /deletevalue {badmemory} badmemorylist

Post a new Tuneup plus share link into the newest post.

    Create a new restore point:

Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

Post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

1st I ran tuneup after each test
2nd I’m not monitoring the thread all the time, and I’ve always replied when I saw
3rd the reason there are no misbehaving drivers, is because the one that was misbehaving, was not running when I disabled the g-hub software that uses that particular driver, to communicate with the keyboard and mouse rgb

I would feel the fact that we found the cause, even if it’s not through constant testing as you wanted, a success.
I’m sorry if you feel I disrespected you by not following your instructions to the letter, but I was seeing a pattern, and that pattern lead me to the G-hub driver.

If you still have a problem with me taking a slightly different route, then there is nothing much more I can say
Except to say, thank you for your help, and I hope you good success with the next one.

Please post results for post #27.

Windows will create log files and dump files.

The logs that were posted ( log files and dump files) did not display any misbehaving drivers.

Sorry this will have to be another time, I’m going to bed, and running the memtest86, not the 86+ can’t seem get that one to work.
