    Crash - Error - BSOD (Followed instructions)


    Hey there, a friend of mine is experiencing these types of crashes, errors or BSOD's however you want to call them. I've read the instructions, ran the program on his PC, so here is the ZIP file. Please take a look into this, I thought it was his RAM and made him upgrade to 32GB and feel bad after it didn't help I appreciate anyone putting 0.01% effort for looking into this issue, and thank in advance.

    Please make sure that Windows is activated.

    Then post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

    Hey thanks for the reply, my friend has a very tight budget he got the PC donated to him. There is unfortunately no way of getting a license for him. Is this the reason why he is having crashes?

    The log files were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

    Please use English as the default language then post a new V2 share link.

    Tuneup results were good.


    1) Turn off Windows fast startup:

    Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10


    2) Uninstall and reinstall these drivers:

    a) ksusba64 Creative USB Kernel Audio Driver 64 c:\windows\system32\drivers\ksusba64.sys

    b) rt640x64 Realtek RT640 NT Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\rt640x64.sys



    c) nvlddmkm nvlddmkm c:\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_2fe7c165c5dd3267\nvlddmkm.sys
