    When I went to boot the computer after turning on verifier, it went past the stage where the BSOD would show up, but only for a few seconds. It would proceed to freeze on the screen provided in the link, which is normally right before it loads into the Windows Login screen.

    The same issue as before, frozen before booting to the login screen. Had to go to a restore point. Please note also that in order to toggle [ ] 0x02000000 Code integrity checks, it required I toggle on [ ] 0x00000010 I/O verification, which I did so.
