In the command prompt enter the following commands
    Code:
    diskpart
    list disk
select disk X (volume of the windows partition)
    create partition efi
    format quick fs=fat32
    list partition
list volume Note: Note the volume letter where the Windows OS is installed.
    exit

bcdboot X:\windows Note: Replace "X" with the volume letter of the Windows OS partition.

When I do create partition efi, it comes with MSR and EFI partitions are only supported on GPT disks. Convert the selected disk to GPT and try again

I was afraid, that would mean that you have to format your disk and remove every partition to create it.

Other only left option, in windows pre environment create a backup of your files and install windows again.

*sigh I guess I'll have to do it. Is it possible to back up my program files and user data and bring that back into new installation?

I'm not sure, because it depends on the backup possibilities in the winPE.
