Yes I am over at elevenforum.

I moved this to the elevenforum site. winver in command just says 'winver' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Remember though the only way to run command is through the USB media creation tool. So it does not detect an operating system, it's running all off the USB. In BIOS, the only boot options besides the USB is the Windows Boot Manager which only boots to the error codes I first posted. The only way to get to command though is through the USB. The only issue is, it doesn't know anything else on the computer that I've found. In BIOS, I do see the hard drive under the "information" tab listed for the HDD0. It also shows the serial number. But I did find out through where I bought it, the version is Windows 11 Home.

I cannot load windows to do these steps to find my Windows version. Also, any kind of command seems to only locate the USB, it does not indicate any other drive.

You can browse to any major system file and check its properties. Example:

Windows giving blue screen error code 0xc0000001 and 0xc0000098-1.jpg

Some system files may not be updated by a particular update, so there are minor discrepancies.

If you search you can find a more complex method for finding the build number for an off-line Windows installation from a registry hive.

Whichever partition 1 was on your disk- you've deleted it.
Do you recall which that was?
I don't know exactly, but I remember partition 1 said Size: 100 MB Offset: 1024 KB. Maybe "Type" was System? The reason I can recall this is because I remember my specs matched up to this post I read (here) before entering the commands.
