Support professional service for Win11 BSOD?

    Hi,

I need to solve a recurring BSOD happening on my Windows 11 laptop.

Is there a technical support I can contact and make them resolve my problem at a reasonable price? I do not have time to study problem and I need a professional support.

    Thanks

Hi, I can only refer you to a competent repair shop which might go further than basic checks on hardware and recommending a clean install - as you're running Win 11, please note this is tenforums - for- yes- Win 10.

Clearly you would need one relatively local to you.

elevenforum.com is similar but for Win 11.

In both there is a specialised (free) BSOD section- however that is no help to you as you have no time.

I doubt many can answer your query (who to contact) assuming you live in Italy, especially as most users here are based in UK/US.
You could try MS Support but I would not hold your breath.

The answer may be quite simple and people here may be able to help if you do a little bit of troubleshooting e.g. how often, is it a specific app, are drivers up to date, do you get issue in safe mode etc.

To say "I do not have time to study problem" is guaranteeing an "open chequebook". If you really do not want to troubleshoot, best you can do is go to nearest computer repair specialists and ask for a quote, but for this sort of open ended problem, it could still be pricey.
