System will randomly hard freeze, no errors

I've been having this issue for a while now but it happens pretty rarely. Except yesterday it happened twice.
The system will just freeze everything except the mouse. I can still ctrl alt delete and click on task manager but it doesn't open and from there on I can no longer ctrl alt delete.
The last thing I can still do is open up a separate desktop. But alas ctrl alt delete doesn't work there either. And now I can't do anything at all, no more desktops can be created. I can still move the mouse though.
Last resort then is to hit the reset button.

There are no errors in the event viewer or the reliability history beyond saying that windows shut down unexpectedly.

I ran memtest86 overnight and it finished 3 of 4 passes without errors. I can do the full run on worknight instead, but at least in the past if I've had faulty memory there would be an error in Windows.

Reboot to safe mode with command prompt (shift + restart)

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10

    type: chkdsk /b /v

    Run on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /b /v C: or chkdsk /b /v D: or chkdsk /b /v E: etc.

Run the chkdsk switches on the Windows drive overnight while sleeping.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y

    Reboot as needed.

    After all drives rrun:

    Monitor the computer using:

View Reliability History in Windows 11 Tutorial | Windows 11 Forum

Reliability Monitor is the Best Windows Troubleshooting Tool You Aren't Using

In three to five days repeat chkdsk /b /v C:

And post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

If there are no new freezes or drive problems that will complete the troubleshooting.

Have not had any freezes since my first post. Since I can't replicate the issue I can't say for certain it's gone.
But if you don't see anything in the new V2 I will mark this as resolved and will make a new post if the issue returns.
