ivanp3000, welcome to the forum. After looking at the last few dump reports, this is what it appears to be.

    Code:
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000003, A device object has been blocking an Irp for too long a time
Arg2: ffffe00198d0f060, Physical Device Object of the stack
Arg3: fffff802595e1ad0, nt!TRIAGE_9F_POWER on Win7 and higher, otherwise the Functional Device Object of the stack
    Arg4: ffffe0019b7286c0, The blocked IRP
The device that is the object of the problem is
    Code:
    InstancePath is "IDE\DiskWDC_WD10EZEX-00BN5A
Which is a Western Digital Green hard drive.

From looking at some error reports, it appears that a process may be the reason for the error

    Code:
    F:\Program Files (x86)\Garena Messenger\ggdllhost.exe
I would suggest you uninstall Garena Messenger and see if that makes the problem better. But, whether it does or not, I would run Western Digital's Data Lifeguard for DOS http://support.wdc.com/product/downl...id=608&lang=en . It is Western Digital's Hard Drive Diagnostic program. See how that works.
