Here are the results (for the external drive, the samsung software couldn't do the scan : "drive is not supported") :
HDS for the 990Pro and HDS for the 850Evo
And Samsung Magician for the 990Pro and for the 850Evo .

Before the scan and diagnostics, I updated the firmware for the 990Pro (especially since this model has had problems when launched, but I think/thought on newer products it was corrected, don't know if the previous firmware was the faulty one).

    Run another software test.

If this passes then it will complete the troubleshooting.

    Thanks !
I just launched it on the 850 Evo, but the other disk isn't recognized, only displayed as "unknown model", here is the smartctl output .
The test should end in more than 4 hours, so I'll post it tomorrow as soon as I can !

Sorry for the delay, I had to disable sleep cause the test didn't prevent the computer to go to sleep mode (3 times, ended at 20% or 30% completion). Here is the result, for the external drive only (the 990Pro, the win installation disk, isn't recognized by GSmart Control). It seems everything's ok for this one.

I also share the latest V2 log.

    1) See if you can find another GPU card (AMD or Nvidia) for swap testing.

    2) List all hardware connected to USB ports.

    3) Search for C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a share link with the zipped memory dump file

(please do not post a share link if you're not able to zip or compress the memory dump file)

    Code:
    LastWriteTime Size (MB) FullName
    ------------- --------- --------

    1) Might take me a little while, but I think I'll be able to find an old Geforce 970. I'll tell you as soon as I have installed it and re-installed windows (I suppose that's best, if you tell me otherwise I'll try and use DDU since it'll be a change between AMD and Nvidia)

    2) for now, it has one basic ugreen 3.0 hub, on which there's a mouse dock (roccat air) and a keyboard (ducky One 2 SF).
On the back panel of the motherboard, there's a dongle for another mouse (logitech Mx Master 3s).

On previous sessions, there has been the external drive 850 Evo (plugged on the front panel of the case), and a few Usb flash drives for the tests or Windows installations.
Last device that has been plugged and tested : last week-end a friend of mine was with me, wanted to try and play on the new computer so I tried the microsoft dongle for xbox controllers (and there were disconnections, randomly but on one session, and not all games we tried). I hope it's not a problem with the motherboard (Usb control). Today I've been using this computer a few hours (posting here on it) without any problem, and the last starts/shut downs seemed to be "normal".

    3) here is the link with the zipped memory dump

Check the hardware connected to ports and look for something related to: Shinko Shoji Co., Ltd.

    Just a moment...
