BSOD happening every 10 minutes, kmode exception not handled error

The PC I got from my father keeps crashing in the span of between 5seconds- 25mins, the error being kmode exception not handled.
The drivers are all up to date, I've ran a RAM diagnosis, memory diagnosic, global windows diagnosis and nothing comes out of it.
Windows doesn't seem to crash in safe mode, or at least it did only once
It's currently running windows 10 20H2 that I installed from a boot drive clean. Discarding everything, every app but it didn't help with the issue at all.

The log files were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

Please use English as the default language:

it seems that the first log collector didn't register the language change the first time.
Here it is fully in english after I've tried a second time

    1) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachment...p_plus_log.bat

Batch files for use in BSOD debugging

    2) Check for BIOS upgrades: Version/Date P01-A4, 06/05/2011

    3) Test for malfunctioning hardware:

    a) Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post share links

    Memtest86+ | The Open-Source Memory Testing Tool

    MemTest86+ - Test RAM

    b) Run Prime 95 for 3 hrs (abort testing as needed)

Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU

Record max temperature and continuous testing duration > post share links

Download Speccy | Find your computer specs, free!
    HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID
SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

The four dumps fail in different operations, but all fail with the nt!PpmPerfSelectProcessorState function call. This is the function that changes the CPU power state from idle to running and vice-versa. The actual error in each case is a divide-by-zero error (0xC0000094 exception code), but only Microsoft drivers are involved in all the dumps. That is a good indication of a hardware cause.

I think that this is a problem with you running Windows 20H2 (build 19042) on hardware that was built for Windows 7. The BIOS you're running is dated 6th May 2011 - which pre-dates the first release of Windows 10 by four years! This appears to be a case of the hardware (or BIOS) not being able to support the version of Windows you're running.

There are, I note, a number of after-market and third-party BIOS updates available for that PC model (do a web search) but I cannot, and would not, recommend installing any of these. I'm not able to find out whether HP have a BIOS update available but I seriously doubt they'd have one to support Windows 10 20H2.

I think you either need to go back to Windows 7, which is what I assume the PC came with, or find a back level (and thus unsupported) version of Windows 10 that will run on this PC.

    Windows 10

I doubted the hardware wasn't compatible with windows 10. However, I never really looked further for that as I'm pretty sure my dad was running windows 10 on this PC, before it got passed down to us.
Should I then try an older version of windows 10?
