    Random BSOD - can't reproduce, code 0x8000000000

    Hi there,

I've got my Lenovo laptop for almost 5 years and I started getting BSOD 1-2 months ago. They've been getting more frequent, and sometimes it happens right after login.

I've checked the event viewer and found that the code is 0x800000000. I tried running a sfc scan, but it resulted in a BSOD.

I've stumbled to this amazing forum and ran the V2 log collector scripts.

My results are attached with this post.

I really hope my BSODs can be solved.

    I appreciate any help.

    Thank you very much!

Hello and welcome to the forum!

You're talking about BSODs but there were no dumps in the V2 upload, any idea why that is? Also, it would help if you change the system language to English and run the V2 log collector again, I'm unable to read your logs in German.

One thing I note immediately is that the free space on your C: drive is way too low...
    Code:
    Drive	C:
    Description	Local Fixed Disk
    Compressed	No
    File System	NTFS
    Size	237,23 GB (254.721.126.400 bytes)
Free Space	19,87 GB (21.336.887.296 bytes)
    Volume Name	Windows-SSD
    Volume Serial Number	1A8F91B5
Having only 20GB free is likely to be a problem, Windows needs free drive space to function properly. This might even be why you're not writing dumps. You need to look at archiving files and folders that you don't use often on to an external drive to create some free space on the C: drive. I would suggest a minimum of 50GB free.

You're also running mismatched RAM (different vendors). If you bought it new in this configuration then you're probably OK, but if you've added a 4GB RAM card to it since you bought it then this may be a problem.

We really need to see those dumps though, without them it's going to be more difficult to identify what's causing your problem. If you run a disk cleanup utility please stop it deleting dump files.

The log files were in a foreign language and could not be scanned.

Please use English as the default language so that log files can be scanned and read.
