    BSOD + Freezing screen

    Hello Guys,

    Win 22H2

Since few weeks, i randomly got bsod and freezing screen. It can happened just after the boot, during gaming or something, going to eat, coming back and it's froze or i get a bsod.

I check memory, disks, drivers > updated all of those which were not up to date, upgrade bios, deactivate XTU service... At my level, i'm out of solutions and i don't know what to do, thinking of restauring..

    Any advices ?

Here is the link for the result of the log collector and the first tuneup batch : https://1drv.ms/f/s!AgUVqU6yuwDl4xAp...SlkKA?e=84eZLU

    Regards,

This looks to be a RAM issue. One dump fingers RAM specifically...
    Code:
    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: MEMORY_CORRUPTION_STRIDE
The other dump is less clear cut but is most likely the result of a RAM issue given the above.

Looking at the RAM you have installed it's mismatched. One stick is Hynix 8GB DDR4 2666MHz and the other is Crucial Ballistix Sport AT 8GB 2666 MHz. They might look similar but the internal timings may well be different and that's enough to cause RAM errors. You should really buy your RAM as a matched pair in the same pack and not mix them like this.

I would suggest you remove one stick and run on just one for a while - or until you get another BSOD. Then swap RAM sticks and run on just the other RAM stick for a while. You may find that it runs fine on each stick on its own, but fails with both together. That's a classic mismatched RAM issue.

The single best, simplest, and most reliable test you can do is to remove one of the RAM sticks as advised. You'll soon see whether this really is a RAM issue as the dumps suggest or whether it's something else.
