BSOD only after waking computer from sleep 0x000000be

So upgraded from 8.1 Pro. I never had any problems with 8.1 other than the occasional crash here and there, but nothing exceptional. Now every time that I try to wake the computer from sleep I get a stop message that states that it tried to write to read only memory.

I have run memtest86 overnight with 7 iterations and it passed them with no errors. I ran a burn test on my CPU to see if it was overheating, with it never going above 63 degrees Celsius even on the most extreme test.

The crashes are not random. They only happen when I try to wake the computer from sleep. However, it looks like what is causing them is random.

I have never overclocked my computer and I have never touched the frequencies with the memory.

Hello, deepeyes100 and welcome to the forums. This is what your dump files say.

    Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
    BugCheck BE, {ffffd000000020a8, 8000000000900121, ffffd00025df35b0, a}

    Followup: MachineOwner
The mvs91xx is your Marvell Sata/Raid driver. Due to the date of the driver, it does not seem that it is a Windows 10 driver.

    Code:
     mvs91xx
    start end module name

Are you running Raid? Also another dump lists

    Code:
    ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY (be)
An attempt was made to write to readonly memory. The guilty driver is on the
stack trace (and is typically the current instruction pointer).
When possible, the guilty driver's name (Unicode string) is printed on
the bugcheck screen and saved in KiBugCheckDriver.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffd000000020a8, Virtual address for the attempted write.
    Arg2: 8000000000900121, PTE contents.

    Debugging Details:

    CUSTOMER_CRASH_COUNT: 1
    DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT
    BUGCHECK_STR: 0xBE
    PROCESS_NAME: SettingSyncHos
I believe that is a windows process that synchronizes settings.

Please go to your motherboard's web site and download Windows 10 drivers for the Marvell Sata Controller . Your Motherboard has Windows 10 drivers and can be found here. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=4139#dl

Please let me know if you are running raid and please complete listing your system specs at the bottom left of your last post. I would like to know your PSU, Hard Drives, CPU cooler and the other items in the list. These are the instructions I usually give and I hope it may help you. Knowing these will help us to help you.

Please go to your last post and in the bottom left corner click 'My System Specs'. there is a link there to update your system specs, click it and fill them all out in as much detail as possible. Please list Manufacturer and Model, and list Desktop or Laptop. If it is an OEM, please list the Manufacturer and Model number. Please be sure to list your PSU and CPU cooler. If you would like to know what we would like, please click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post and see mine.

Hello and thanks for the welcome and reply. I updated my specs to the best of my abilities.

I guess since I'm not running a dual graphics card set up I'm not running Raid. This is a self created computer and hopefully it won't be my last.

I went ahead and downloaded the Marvell driver and will update on that.

*update* no dice on marvell driver. I was able to see the welcome screen before the blue screen though...

I've uploaded a new dump list. Two new ones from today (Wednesday sept 2)

Please go into BIOS and tell me what your sata controllers are set to. You will have 2 sata controllers, one for the chipset and another for the Marvell Ports. The Marvell ports are an add on controller and will not get as good performance as the chipset controller will. You should have your SSD and hard drive plugged into sata ports ) and 1. The Marvell ports are Gsata ports 6/7/8. Also Marvell has a reputation of not getting along well with SSDs. If you change sata ports, you will need to also change the boot options.

Also, please make sure you have the latest Firmware for your SSD. If your SSD has a toolbox or utilities, please use them to chech the health of your SSD.

You are going to have to use the advanced startup options from within the OS. In the link I provided you will see another link to Advanced Startup options. https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2...dows-10-a.html

Alright SATA controller (s) are enabled and set to AHCI

Marvell is in AHCI mode but it all ports it states Not Present. For both port 0 and port 1 and the same situation for GSATA. ACHI mode and ports not present.

Will check on SSD firmware. There is no drivers or firmware on the Toshiba website for this particular model of SSD. Is there some sort of program on the SSD itself that I could find? Any notions as to where I would find that?

On the marvell ATA controller configuration page it shows no ports connected.

Alright sorry just found the ATA port information.
    ATA port 0 is empty
PORT 1 Has the 1 TB hard drive
Port 2 has my DVD drive (which I forgot to list sorry)
Port 3 has my SSD on it which contains the OS
    Port 4 is empty
    Port 5 is empty

What about the chipset ports? They have to show up somewhere. Also, see if you can find the latest firmware for your SSD here http://support.toshiba.com/drivers Also, see if there are any Utilities for your drive.
