Nothing happens with this command. This error with red:

Copy using:
ctr + a
ctr + c
Paste using:
ctr + v
The instructions were to open administrative command prompt and copy and paste.
The image displayed the incorrect use of administrative powershell.

with the quotation marks at the end it gives me the error in red, without the quotation marks at the end nothing happens.
If I follow this tutorial, it creates that file MEMORY.DMP for me

When you posted the command you chose to use powershell
The command was not designed to work with powershell.
Why not follow the instructions?

Follow instructions identic and not work. This command no work:

Powershell work: Start Menu, in Search, from Task Manager, from Win+X Menu, in File Explorer, from File Explorer but command no work with powershell, all with Run as administrator.
