Please run HD Tune (free or trial version)
    HD Tune website
Post images or share links displaying results on these tabs
    a) Health
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste

    chkdsk /b /v

These chkdsk switches can take significant time so run on the Windows drive overnight while sleeping.

Run on all drives using the syntax chkdsk /b /v C or chkdsk /b /v D or chkdsk E, etc.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /b /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    type Y

    Reboot as needed.

After competing chkdsk on all disk drives run

Hello zbook i will run the tests and do what you said, but how these disk tests are going to help with a memory error?

Also what those two files will do when i run them? I don't want to run something without knowing what it does.
    I am talking about those:

The drive tests were not for the memory error.

Btw i deleted bitdefender just in case. I didt't have any bsod since last time but i have problem that is new. It happened 2 timesso far. When i was running the disk error test for some reason windows search bar and taskbar didn't work properly. So i tried both times to restart my pc and the pc stuck on restart. The little circles where moving but the system never did the restart. I am starting to get frustrated .

Run HD Sentinel: (trial version) (all drives) (results are instantaneous)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Post images or share links for results on these tabs:
    a) Overview
    b) Temperature
    c) SMART

The tuneup plus and chkdsk resuts were good.
The above tests should rule in / out many drive problems.

Then you can focus on computer memory problems.

To make sure that Samsung software is up to date > run Samsung Magician on the applicable drives
    (report any updates)

    Run

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachment...dump_files.bat

Batch files for use in BSOD debugging

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste

    PowerShell $D=(New-Object -ComObject Wscript.Shell).SpecialFolders(4);Compress-Archive "%WinDir%\MEMORY.DMP" "$D\Memory_dmp"

Post a separate share link into this thread that has only the above compressed link.

Uninstall and reinstall the AMD GPU drivers: amdkmdag.sys

Make sure that a clean install is performed using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)
