I navigated to Windows folder in cmd and tried to run msconfig. It says that I am not administrator and can't run the program.
    Greetings Gabriel ^_^,

Please try the suggestions as suggested by others. In case you are still not able to boot into Windows, could you please provide a detailed description of what is happening when you are trying to log in? I went through all the pages of this thread but couldn't figure out exactly what is happening when you try to boot. This would provide us with further details of the problem which would allow us to help you better.

@others - Sorry to bump in

essenbe here are the screenshots you asked for:
    http://prntscr.com/8ds86t
    http://prntscr.com/8ds8ks
    http://prntscr.com/8ds8hh

blueelvis when I try to log in, my computer stays on the windows loading screen, or gives a BSOD (DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION) I already disabled driver verifier on troubleshooting options (cmd).

Gabriel, remove the non OS disk. If you notice the first screenshot, it is bad. I would think it did not disable Driver Verifier when you tried. Otherwise you would not get Driver Verifier Detected Violation error.

It may be a flash drive, but the bottom disk in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/8ds86t Notice it says bad disk.

I have my HD and the cd used to boot in this screen. Only those. I also have my mouse, keyboard, headset and wi-fi adaptor connected into USB ports.

OK, that's fine then. I just thought it was another hard drive.

If it's not another hard drive or flash drive, what could it be?

Yes, it makes me wonder too. Could you please run a Disk Surface test in Minitools. On both partitions shown.

I ran a surface test on my hard drive, and no errors were found. I couldn't run the test on the "Bad Disk". Actually I can't do anything on it.
