Please read this tutorial for the Master Boot Record, I'm not sure of it is damaged, but better to check it.

In command prompt enter "start msconfig" (without quotes)

In msconfig go to the startup tab and click "startup in safe mode"
Click apply > ok and restart the pc.

I navigated to Windows folder in cmd and tried to run msconfig. It says that I am not administrator and can't run the program.

In a command prompt, enter verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail and press enter

Try this tutorial to disable Driver Verifier, see option 3 under disable. https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5...0-a.html#Part3

Follow part of this tutorial. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...otable-cd.html . But, don't do anything, just show us a screenshot of the hard drive.
