Right off the bat I got a BSOD when I started the stress test. On reboot I restarted the stress test and its running right now. Maintaining about 80C temp.

Noticed there was a fatal hardware error which stopped one of the workers. Not sure if that means anything or just highlights an instability?

Also I failed to mention I had cloned out the C drive to another SSD so that I could test how it would behave if I were to update to Windows 11. It BSOD at about the same frequency when I boot from that drive.

I'm not a Prime95 expert by that fail, in addition to all the data we have already, is enough for me to believe that the CPU is flaky. I think that replacing it is a very wise move.

Let me know how things go with the new CPU.

BTW. Why were you running the RAM at 2133MHz? As I understand it, AMD processors like fast RAM so going up to their max of 3200MHz would seem sensible?

While I wait for the new CPU to arrive today I'll go ahead and post another log collection as this PC really had a field day rebooting yesterday.

Re: RAM speed, I don't recall setting RAM speed anywhere in Prime95. Must have just been default or I missed the field somehow.

Since you have a new CPU coming, which I think is wise, I don't see much point in analysing any further dumps from this CPU...?

Looking at your RAM it's only 2133MHz, so that wasn't an issue.

Well I am on day 4 with the new CPU and I have not had a BSOD yet so at least so far it seems that the 3700X may have gone bad. Thanks for all the hand holding.
