Critical Operations PC had first BSOD

    Hello TenForums,

My PC just had it's first BSOD while running ProPresenter 7 (and nothing else...). I was in the middle of running a graphically intensive slide but nothing the RTX3060ti couldn't easily handle.

It's a new-ish computer - less than 6 months old. Its currently running Windows 10, version 22H2. Not much else is installed on this PC aside from Dropbox, chrome and some Blackmagic software to configure SDI display outputs (for the projector screens).

See attached the zip file from the V2 log collector.

Any diagnosis would be hugely appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Sisentiq

From an initial look at the dumps I would suspect a RAM issue. One of the dumps even says so...
    Code:
*** Memory manager detected 1 instance(s) of page corruption, target is likely to have memory corruption.
There are no third-party drivers on the call stack of either dump, which again suggests a hardware cause, and RAM is the most likely. However, since these are your first BSODs, I would suggest removing both RAM sticks, ensuring that the RAM contacts are clean, blowing the motherboard slots with a blower (not with your mouth!) and then replacing the RAM cards, ensuring that they are fully home.

That said, you do have the NTIOLib_x64.sys driver installed, and it's known to cause BSODs...
    Code:
    2: kd> lmDvmNTIOLib_X64
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff802`a7290000 fffff802`a7297000 NTIOLib_X64 (deferred)
        Image path: \??\C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center\Super Charger\NTIOLib_X64.sys
        Image name: NTIOLib_X64.sys

        Information from resource tables:
This driver is a component of MSI Live Update 5, MSI Super Charger, MSI Smart Utilities, and other MSI management tools. The only one I can see that you have installed is MSI Center SDK, so I would suggest uninstalling that, unless you actually need that SDK for something?
