With AMD processors it's important to keep the AGESA microcode up to date, this is shipped in BIOS updates. There is a very recent BIOS update for your board dated 24th April 2023 that does contain AGESA updated code for Ryzen 5000 series (Vermeer) CPUs. I would update to that BIOS/AGESA and then see how things are.

There are also TPM errors in the system log. AFAIK that will stop Windows 11 from running properly. Perhaps the BIOS update will fix that too? ...
