Windows 10 BSOD, BugCheck error "a0", Internal Power Error

I have been getting intermittent BSODs in Win 10. Intermittent because it only seems to happen when I get the following 2 errors: "Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC0000001" (29) and "The previous system shutdown at xx on xx was unexpected." (6008).

When the BSOD occurs, I get a BugCheck error "a0", Internal Power Error; 608 - A driver has attempted to transition a component to idle without a preceeding active request.

Once the system is powered on, the POST screen displays, then flashes to black and then displays again (which I believe it's doing another POST) then flashes to black and then after a second or so the BSOD shows for a few seconds. Then the system reboots, does POST and then comes up normally.

This system is on an ASUS Prime X470-Pro mb with an AMD Ryzen 2700x processor and a Radeon Pro WX5100 graphics card.

Any help would be very appreciated.

I've included the MEMORY.DMP, msinfo32.nfo files and a list of events of the last 4 days. Also included is a V2 log file, V2Log_20230221.

Ok, the URL doesn't work right now, so I'll update that soon. Being new, I don't know how to delete this post.

Since the error specifically references fast startup, have you tried to disable fast startup to see if that helps the situation?

See this tutorial for instructions on how to disable fast startup:

Here's the URL for the dump files, logs and V2 collector.

It looks like an issue with the NVMe SSD...
    Code:

The secnvme.sys driver is a driver for your NVMe SSD. The version you have installed is old...

        Information from resource tables:
Download Samsung Magician for your SSD and use that to update the driver, and possibly the drive firmware.

Thanks ubuysa, I've updated the driver and now I'll have to see how it goes. I expect that was it though considering it was named in the fault bucket. I'll give it a week and then mark it solved if all goes well. Thanks again.

BTW, I have Samsung Magician and it said all drivers were up to date. When I went to the driver itself, I could see the version was older than what was on the Samsung website. Go figure.
