    Games causes DXRGKRNL Fatal Error

    Hello,

I need some help regarding the DXRGKRNL Fatal Error i encountered

    1. it started with a single crash about 1 month ago while i was playing a game that uses the NVIDIA 3060 GPU. I restarted the laptop and downloaded the NVIDIA driver and it seems to have fixed the issue.

    2. a few days ago it crashed again and i updated the NVIDIA driver again alongside windows update (the optional files too)

    3. the crashes became more frequent and i started to try other methods

    4. sfc says everything was fine, DISM seems to also think the same(as far as i can tell)

    5. have reinstalled NVIDIA GPU driver with DDU

    6. have NOT reinstalled INTEL GPU driver for fear of making my laptop not show anything onscreen

    7. now any kind of game whether it uses intel GPU or NVIDIA GPU crashes to desktop

    8. the BSoD seems to only trigger if i try to run another program after the game crash

    9. i can still use the laptop to browse the internet and watch videos just not play games

Could it be from the video card itself? In OMEN site I can fund your laptop with RTX2070/2080 Max-Q? Unsupported NVIDIA 3060 GPU?
Lets try with redo both drivers
