Blue screen and windows crash connected with internet

Hi, I have strange problems with my system Version 21H2 (compilation of the system: 19044.2486).

The computer may hang on startup even before the login window appears. As well as when logging in. Sometimes it can't turn itself off. It hangs when I disconnect the internet cable. The blue screen appears when I use a VPN and there is a problem with the connection, and when I connect via Open VPN GUI and the DNS address has been changed. Blue screen also appears when using Adobe programs.

I did network diagnostics, updated adapter and router drivers, did RAM diagnostics, did system health scan, did various tests and everything came out fine.

However, when I used the diagnostic program in trial mode, it once showed that some system program could not connect to the Internet. I have the impression that various system programs suddenly lose connection and this causes a blue screen.

    I have warnings:
Windows Hello for Business will not be provisioned.
Device is AAD Joined (AADJ or DJ++): Not Tested
User logged in with AAD credentials: No
Windows Hello for Business policy is enabled: Not Tested
Windows Hello for Business post-login provisioning is enabled: Not Tested
The local computer meets the hardware requirements for Windows Hello for Business: Not Tested
The user is not connected to the machine via Remote Desktop: Yes
User certificate for local authentication policy is enabled: Not Tested
The computer is subject to the none policy. Not Tested
8 Cloud trust for local authentication policy is enabled: Not Tested
The user account has Cloud TGT: Not Tested

If it is only the VPN that is causing it, that is where uou need to start by eliminating that as culprit.

Not only. As I said it's problem generally with internet. It needs just disconnect the cable and you have a system crash. Also in Photoshop. Photoshop should use 50% of RAM but it can crash and make a blue screen when I change one tool to another. When I use filters too fast it also crash.

I have a Polish version of the system, but the program that generates the logs is originally English, so is there no option for the V2 Log collector to make reports in English?
Probably people from different countries write on the forum. There must be a solution.

Alternatively, tell me which of these files you need and I will convert them into English

you have to change the display language, its part of the linked instructions in previous posts. its not any one file, all files have relevant info

It's strange because I have adobe flash player but not adobe flash. I don't have it neither in Program files (x86) nor in Program files. See the attachment. After installing Photoshop it has automatically installed on my computer After Effects, in Design and Substance. I can't use them and I am not able to unilstall them... That's how it works... I had a trial version of Adobe Flash many years ago.
