Laptop crashing with partial blue screen without collecting error info

    Hi there,
I have been having frequent crashes on my laptop which sometimes lead me to BIOS or restart my laptop. I even did a complete reset of the windows( deleting all files in the C drive) but the problem is still there.
I looked it up on the internet for some solutions. I found in Event viewer that an Error named WHEA- logger(A fatal hardware error has occurred) corresponds to the time when it happens. I have never made any changes to the hardware or tried to overclock or make changes to it software-wise.
The screen goes partially blue and then the laptop instantly blacks out. It is unable to create any dump files as well.
After the reset, this is the first time it happened. But I am pretty sure in the past it always happened due to this error as I checked event viewer before as well.
My system specs are as follows-
    Windows 10
    Version 10.0.19045 Build 19045

Asus Vivobook Pro 14X OLED- M7400QC
    AMD Ryzen 9 5900 HX
    AMD Radeon + RTX 3050
    Ram- 16 GB
I have attached the log files LAPTOP-B6IS8CE0-(2023-01-29_19-17-09).zip

a complete reset of the windows( deleting all files in the C drive)
    - a clean install of Windows = delete all partitions of which your O/S is comprised (4for a typical UEFI installation).
    Tutorial available.

That said, sounds suspiciously like a hardware failure.

You can try creating and booting from a live boot disk (Google/search - e.g. Hiren's, Bob Omb's).
If Windows then also crashes, well...

You can of course run some hardware diagnostics.
Check your disk(s) (e.g. Crystal Diskinfo, free); do a surface check...

    Check your RAM

Asus appears to offer a diagnostic package:

I would suggest try the easy tests first.

    Probably faulty RAM.
1.Press Windows Key+R, type “mdsched.exe” into the Run dialog that appears, and press Enter.

    Identify the faulty RAMstick
    2. Boot your PC with only one stick, and then change to the other.

First off why are you doing a format and install when this is a hardware issue. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/an...r-has-occurred
