Constant BSODs on freshly installed system

So i bought a new GPU and motherboard, after installing had few crashes and figured out, i will need a clean installation. After formating all drives and clean installation, bsod were still present with various errors. I tried unpluging all but my main drive, i have installed all up to date drivers, checked multiple times for corrupted segments on drives. At first, there were some, after some repairing, no more corrupted data. But BSOD is still happening in random times. Sometimes even when i am just on my desktop doing nothing. And I dont know what else could i try. Can you try helping, me please?

You are right, i am sorry. I had my licence on old HW, but i was not able to transfer it. I just now bought a new licence and when i recieve it, i will change my licence as soon as it arrives. I humbly appologize for not doing this prior. I can post proof of buying, and after the license arrives, proof of changing to that licence. But can you please look into my problem meanwhile? (I understand that I now sound like every other person who wanted to help without license)

You need to do a clean install.

The cracked activator changes/replaces/etc files.

Just changing the license does not clean the system

With all due respect, the issues were present before i used the license. And I have not used any cracked activators I used cmd for activating my license. Furthermore, I did not change the license to clean my system, but to comply with the rules and make my windows installation legit. The license, if not legit at the time, was applied in the right way. And applying the license did not change any of the faulty behaviour.
So if we can leave the issue of license away, what can i do to solve my problem? The problem existed before fresh installation and it persists after the fresh installation

Sorry, rules are rules, and you bypassed activation. You dont have to do a clean install, but you wont find any help here.

I litterally said i bought legitimate version of windows, changed the bypased activation to regular activation and asked how can i provide proof. On that you said get a new install. I understand the rules, that why I asked how can I proof that I have seen my mistake, rectified it and want to show it.

Upload a new v2 log collector file. Fair warning, it's easily seen if you did a new install or not. Changing the key is not enough.
